What is a "Hand Delivery"?
Your brand-new bike will be 100% built, ready to ride, and include a pre-delivery inspection so that you can ride it in confidence. No boxes, nor packaging! We’ll arrange a delivery day with a personalised delivery slot to suit you, between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM because we want to take the worry and stress out of your New Bike Day. On the specified day we’ll carefully hand-deliver it, having transported it like the precious cargo it is. The qualified driver will undertake a full 15 minute handover, setting saddle height and answering any questions you may have on the day. If you have any extra questions regarding this service, please contact us.
Not going to be in?
If an attempt to deliver your item is made and this fails due to no one being at home or no answer, then the driver will leave a card. This will then be up to the recipient to make suitable arrangements by following the instructions on the card. If you would like to delay your delivery, please contact us or the processing store as soon as you place your order or before it is despatched.

International Deliveries
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer deliveries outside of the UK.
My order came damaged!
In the unlikely case that your order arrives damaged please report any damage within within 24 hours. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept responsibility for subsequent damage that may occur once the order has been left at any chosen delivery address.
