Cycle Revolution Delivery Details

Delivery Policy – During Covid-19

As you are aware, the country is experiencing a unique threat at this time and we are all pulling together to play our part to get through the pandemic. As a consequence, we are experiencing delays in both dispatch and courier timing.Customer and staff safety are paramount.Getting your order to you safely, is our number one priority. Therefore, please bear with us and our suppliers at this time.

1) For items in stock delivery dates are running up to 7 working days from time of order.

2) For items from our warehouse or supply base we are running up to 10 working days from time of order.

We are committed to keeping you updated every step of the way, but please only contact us if you have not heard about your item being dispatched after the above stated times. This will help us process all orders faster.

Note: This delivery delay is based on the current Covid-19 situation, which is subject to change at any time.

*Please note that many Cube accessory orders are coming from Europe, therefore, there may be extra delays on top of our current shipping lead times. We will keep you informed as much as possible but unfortunatley this is out of our hands. Thank you for your patience.

Cycle Revolution - Standard Delivery Policy

Thomas Cycle Revolution Stores offer standard UK delivery. Items In-stock in our warehouse are typically despatched/delivered within 7-10 working days.

Deliveries are typically made between 9am and 5pm. We use a combination of postal and courier services for our standard accessory deliveries.

Please Note:

1) Heavier or oversize items may also incur an extra fee.

2) Item's being delivered outside of England, Wales, and Lowland Scotland. Example: Highlands and islands will incur additional delivery charges. You will be contacted about this before we ship the item.

The cost of delivery is as stated on your order.

Bike deliveries are usually made between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday (Working Days). There is a premium Saturday service offered and this can be chosen at the time of checkout.

If you are unavailable to take delivery of your order then you can request that our courier leaves your delivery with a neighbour, however, a signature must be obtained on receipt of goods.

We regret to inform that we cannot accept responsibility for subsequent damage that may occur once the order has been left at any chosen delivery address. However, should you need to report any damage this has to be done within 24 hours.

Damaged Item(s)/Packaging

Should your item(s) be damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, if the packaging is clearly damaged, do not accept the goods and do not sign for their delivery. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the courier after a package has been signed for.

Customers must inform us of any damage to packaging withing 24 hours of receiving the item, if notification is after this time, we may not be able to claim for this issue and the customer may be liable for costs as a result of this.

Missed/Failed Deliveries

If an attempt to deliver your item is made and this fails due to no one being at home or no answer, then the driver will leave a card. This will then be up to the recipient to make suitable arrangements by calling the number on the card to receive the order from the depot.

The courier will try to deliver the order once more free of charge, any further deliveries after this will then be charged at the standard delivery rate, this will be advised by the courier at the time of arranging any subsequent deliveries.

Giant/Liv Bike and Gear Delivery Delays

Due to an increasing backlog at UK ports that is causing a delay in the offloading and clearing of containers, the inbound process into our warehouse is taking longer than usual. This, coupled with the demand within logistics leading up to Christmas and the continued uncertainty surrounding Brexit, is making the flow of stock in and out of the warehouse a challenging process. Please rest assured we will have your orders to you as soon as we are able, but all backorder delivery dates should only be treated as an estimate and are subject to change.

If you have ordered a Giant/Liv product that is in stock at “Other Warehouse” only, please be advised that Giant’s warehouse are experiencing delays in the shipping of orders. We expect items to be delivered within 3-4 weeks from point of order. We apologise for the inconvenience.
