After extensive research, our delivery gremlins have come up with an offering to save you precious time and money, regardless of the type of bike you purchase from us.
So, What is a Fully Built Hand Delivery Service?
After 40 years of serving the local community and beyond, we have now found the perfect way to get your perfect bike to your front door. For just £25 (£35 for e-Bikes) you can have your New Bike Day go off without a hitch. There will be no time wasted by hanging around for a courier company to hastily drop your bike off, for you to unpackage, build your new bike, and then dispose of all the packaging. With the Fully Built Hand Delivery service, you can relax knowing we can take care of all of that for you.
Once you have chosen your bike, and selected the Fully Built Hand Delivery service at checkout, one of our friendly store colleagues will be in touch with you to run through the finer details. This includes expected lead time, a delivery date convenient to you, and any personal touches you would like to add to the bike. This can even include rider weight for suspension settings and/or saddle height for some fit adjustments.
The overriding benefit of this service is that as the bike is delivered ready to ride, it does not need to be unpackaged and re-assembled upon delivery*. Prior to leaving us, the bike will have been professionally checked and assembled in our workshop, to ensure smooth and safe running of your new bike. So you can be confident everything else has been set to our high standards.
So there you have it, your new bike, hand-delivered and ready to ride, just like it would be straight out of one of our stores. Take the stress out of New Bike Day by only having to think where you’re going to take it on your first ride!
*Please note, depending on the volume of deliveries on that particular day, you may need to install pedals to the bike (if supplied and selected) and turn the handlebars from a sideways position. If you need a hand with this, the driver is fully qualified so will be able to help.
How about a Premium Fully Built Hand Delivery Option?
Starting at £130, this service offers a full handover alongside a personal delivery of your new pride and joy. This is a store-level service, at your door. You will be able to test and make adjustments alongside a fully-qualified and knowledgeable mechanic, who can run you through setup and anything else you need to know about your bike.

If the hassle-free nature of a hand delivery service doesn’t appeal to you, then we do still offer a free bike delivery service. This covers all makes, models, and styles, and is shipped via our Parcel Force 48-hour courier option. All bikes purchased through Cycle Revolution qualify for this free delivery service. Lead times will range from 4-9 working days before shipment pending season and current workshop timescales, but as always, our friendly store colleagues will keep you updated with your order as it progresses.
