We’ll try to get your order to you within 1-3 business days. Just a heads up, during busy times, it might take a bit longer. We’ll let you know if that happens. Each bike we send out goes through a super detailed build and safety check by one of our skilled mechanics. That way, your bike will be in top shape from the very first ride. Oh, and if you tell us your weight and height, we’ll even set up the suspension with the perfect pressures. (We’ll give you a call if you forget to let us know!)

What if I am not going to be in?
If an attempt to deliver your item is made and this fails due to no one being at home or no answer, then the driver will usually leave a calling card. It will then be up to the recipient to make suitable arrangements by following the instructions on the card. If you would like to delay your delivery, please add the request to your order details during checkout or contact our support team / processing store before it is despatched.

My order is still not here!

Do you delivery internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer deliveries outside of the UK.

My order came damaged!
In the unlikely case that your order arrives damaged please aim to report any damage within within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for subsequent damage that may occur once the order has been left at any chosen delivery address.
