How do I join the Customer Rewards loyalty scheme?

Am I already earning Customer Rewards?
If you've shopped with us in the recent past, either in-store or online, and provided us with an email address, then your Customer Rewards profile will already be active and you have already earned rewards to use with a purchase today! If in doubt feel free to contact us to check.
I've only shopped in-store. Can I use my rewards online?
Yes. As long as you use the same email address that you gave to us in-store you'll see a display of your Customer Rewards balance during checkout.
I've only shopped online. Can I use my rewards in-store?
Yes. When you visit us in-store, be sure to let us know that you are already a customer. We can then link your purchase with your Customer Profile, ensuring your Customer Rewards balance will be available for you to use.
