CR Tech Suspension Service

Who we are and what we do

We are an independent family run chain of bike shops established in 1984. We have 5 stores across East-Anglia and have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the cycling industry. We started life by opening our first Cycle Revolution store in Ipswich, where we quickly found that dedicating our time to support our customers, we had the ability to make a difference to peoples cycling ambitions and life style. After a number of years supporting the Suffolk cycling community, we expanded our store network to Colchester, opening our second Cycle Revolution store.

In 2012 we opened yet another store in Colchester; Cycle Evolution, which focuses on Road, Triathlon and Cycle-Cross bikes, providing the ultimate drop-bar experience. In 2013 we established the Specialized Concept Store in Chelmsford and in 2016 our latest and biggest store; Giant Store Norwich - consolidating our commitment to the highest quality and innovative products in the cycling industry.

Why service your suspension fork & shock with us

A Mountain bike suspension fork and rear shocks require routine servicing and maintenance to ensure that they continue to run to their optimum performance.

Both forks and rear shocks are put through tremendous stresses and strain when they are ridden and exposed to the elements on the varied terrains. So its paramount you look after these vital components.

Our service technicians are Rock Shox certified, so you know your forks and shocks will be serviced by the very best.
