As we have now exited the European union, our suppliers are facing difficulties with importing goods both because of delays within the ports and the new protocol in place for imports into the UK.
Our suppliers are trying their best to get items to us as quickly as possible, but there are inevitable delays with service parts seemingly the most affected. These delays include but are not limited to:
- Bosch eBike parts
- Giant spare parts
- All Shimano products
- Magura parts
These delays may result in a workshop repair or warranty job taking longer than quoted or anticipated. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are hopeful that these delays will be limited and should be cleared up within weeks.
