It is with regret that Specialized Concept Store Chelmsford is now permanently closed.
This is due to significant rent increase that is unaffordable, coupled with the unsupportive nature of the landlord that has unrealistic expectations in regard to the rental value of this property. Leaving us no option other than store closure.
On a more positive note, Cycle Revolution Limited continues to operate the Specialized Concept Store, Norwich, along with six further stores in Colchester, Ipswich and Cambridge.

Will my warranty still be valid?
Yes, your warranty is still valid. If you purchased an item from Specialized Chelmsford and need to file a warranty claim you can visit any of our Colchester Stores. If you can’t travel to those stores or need more assistance do not hesitate to contact us.
I have my bike booked in to your workshop, what should I do?
Don’t worry your bike is safe! Please contact us as soon as possible on 01206 699837 (Mon-Fri: 09:00/17:30) to arrange collection.
I was in the process of buying a bike, what can I do now?
Just because the store closed does not mean our staff is gone! If you can feel free to travel to any of our Colchester Stores, otherwise you can contact our team at Specialized Norwich who can help with any Specialized related questions.
