Introducing Paul Andrew

We’re partnering up with our man on tour; Amateur Cyclist Paul Andrew. Paul is on a quest to conquer the Grand Loop better known as the Tour De France.

Paul describes himself as an individual who enjoys multiple disciplines. He is up for a challenge and most importantly rides his bike to raise money for charity. Oh, and it’s the perfect excuse for a slice of cake! 🍰

Five years ago Paul weighed over 19 stone and had to breathe in to tie his shoelaces (we know the feeling)! Approaching his half-century, Paul started to lose weight while doing something truly amazing: raising money for his chosen charity (William Wates Memorial Trust).

William Wates’s mission is to help the most disadvantaged young people keep away from a life of crime and violence and fulfill their potential. This is achieved by giving grants to charities that engage young people through the medium of sports, arts and education.

Paul Andrew Cyclist

It’s been a tough couple of years for charities and particularly for young people. This is my chance to give something back and help support young people who aren’t lucky enough to enjoy the advantages in life that most of us take for granted.
