Troubleshooting

Below is just a small example of what our workshops undertake. Parts are not included, so for an accurate estimate please feel free to bring the cycle in for a closer inspection.

Standard service - from £40 inc. vat
Adjustment and lubrication of gears and brakes, check the tightness of the wheel, headset and crank bearings. Check bars, seat and wheels are tight. Inflate tyres. Test riden.t

Advanced service - from £60 inc. vat
As above but also including straightening the wheels and cleaning the chain.

Pro service - from £100 inc. vat
Full strip down, rebuild and set-up of all components. All Bearings regreased. B/B threads cleaned. Headtube faced. Gearing de-greased. All paint finishes cleaned with pro-detailer protectant (suspension servicing is independent of any "cycle service").

Wheelbuilding - from £40 inc. vat
Wheels precision built using double butted DT Swiss spokes and nipples only.

Bottom bracket - from £20 inc vat
Old items removed, frame threads cleaned and Teflon greased. Gearing adjusted and lubed. Test riden.

Gear service - from £25 inc. vat
De-grease chain. Adjustment and lubrication of chain plus cables.
